Follow on Google News | TTA Decade Celebrations as a Fusion of Telangana Culture & TraditionsStatement by President Malipeddi Naveen Reddy and India Coordinator Dr. Dwarakanadha Reddy
Following the formation of Telangana as a separate state from the erstwhile united Andhra Pradesh, TTA was established under the leadership of Dr. Paila Malla Reddy in the USA, with a vision to preserve and promote Telangana's cultural magnificence, traditions, and arts. Over the past ten years, TTA has been actively working to pass on this legacy to future generations, no matter where they reside. Now, as the association completes a glorious decade, grand celebrations are being planned. As part of the celebrations, TTA Seva Days will commence from the second week of December, during which large-scale community service programs will be carried out across Telangana. The association has been actively encouraging Non-Resident Telanganites (NRTs) to contribute to their homeland in various ways, ensuring that every individual gives back to their motherland. The Seva Days will serve as a platform for NRIs to fulfill their responsibilities toward Telangana. During these celebrations, renowned artists, actors, experts from various fields, scientists, and entrepreneurs will be honored in Hyderabad for their contributions in enriching Telangana's cultural and intellectual heritage. Additionally, TTA has announced that the Decade Celebrations Convention will be held in the USA in May-June 2026. This grand event will also feature special honors for eminent personalities who have significantly influenced Telangana culture. End
