The milestone coincides with the unveiling of their work on the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley a 13-story, $420 million luxury resort in Utah's Deer Valley. Studio Garrison introduced a "tailored rusticity" design philosophy and was tasked with creating a resort that reflects the natural beauty of the Wasatch Mountains while offering refined luxury. The resort has 436 accommodations, multiple restaurants, a conference center, and 55 residences, all situated in the newly developed Deer Valley East Village.

The project began with an intimate connection to the land, as Studio Garrison founder Garrison Hullinger explored the pristine snow-covered terrain of the Wasatch Mountains. This immersive experience inspired a design rooted in the region's natural beauty and rich mining heritage.

Studio Garrison integrated natural materials like stone and reclaimed wood with sleek, modern elements to create spaces that feel timeless and sophisticated. The lobby, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, invites the outdoors in while offering intimate seating arrangements for gathering and relaxation.

• Dining spaces, including the signature Remington Hall, reflect the same thoughtful approach. Vibrant teal tiles, live-edge bar seating, and luxurious leather create a dynamic yet inviting atmosphere. Custom steel-and-glass partitions allow the dining rooms to adapt seamlessly to different moods and occasions.
• Guest rooms and suites feature warm wood tones, spa-inspired bathrooms, and palettes that pay homage to the region's mining history with rich metals and deep blues. These spaces offer a serene retreat while maintaining a deep connection to the surrounding landscape.
