Tesla is offering discounts on 12 Cybertruck models

According to the company's website, the manufacturer of electric vehicles is providing discounts of $1,600 to $3,270 on twelve different variants of the Cybertruck.

The cheapest Cybertruck is presently available for as little as $78,390, which is a decrease from the prior price of over $80,000. According to a report from CNBC on Wednesday, the reductions began this week.

Earlier this month, Tesla said that it delivered 495,570 cars in the fourth quarter. This number is greater than the number of vehicles sold in the same quarter last year, but it is lower than what experts had predicted. At that time, the firm did not provide a delivery figure for the Cybertruck. However, it did state that it delivered 23,640 "other models," which includes all cars except for the Model 3 and Model Y.

On Thursday, shares of Tesla dropped 3.5% throughout the day after rising 8% the day before.
