CDI Global France advised Lindbergh in the sale of their French overnight delivery activities to Sterne Group

PARIS - Feb. 27, 2025 - PRLog -- Lindbergh Spa announced the sale of its night delivery business in France to TCS SAS, a subsidiary of the Sterne Group.

As of January 1, 2025, the logistics company Sterne has taken over Lindbergh's night-time delivery and waste collection services on French territory.

Urgent transport is a flagship activity of the Sterne Group. As well as night-time logistics. It is therefore not surprising that the logistics company took over Lindbergh's night activities on French territory on the first day of 2025. This "marks a key step in our development strategy and strengthens our leading position in the urgent transport and premium logistics market", said CEO Laurent de Rosnay.

The Sterne group will ensure night-time and combinable deliveries. Reverse logistics is also planned with circular economy services integrating returns management, waste collection and recovery.

Lindbergh S.p.A., an Italy-based Group primarily engaged in providing services for Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO), Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Circular Economy industry, together with its subsidiaries, provides logistics services in Italy and France.

The company offers logistics services, including night-time spare parts delivery, reverse logistics management, night-time waste collection, spare parts warehouse management, tools management, and onsite services, as well as supplies gloves, work overalls, safety shoes, accessories, consumables, and other items. It is also involved in circular economy projects; provision of comprehensive special waste management; authorizations, licenses, and permits; and servicing and installing activities in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning sector. Lindbergh S.p.A. was founded in 2006 and is based in Cremona, Italy.
