2. Beach Yoga and Pilates: Join a beachside yoga or Pilates class at Wailea Beach, Ka'anapali Beach, or Airport Beach. Practicing on sand adds an extra challenge for balance and stability.

3. Ocean Swimming and Snorkeling: Head to Honolua Bay, Airport Beach, Keawakapu Beach or Maluaka Beach for an incredible ocean swim. The resistance of the water makes for a great full-body workout, while snorkeling adds an element of exploration.
