Hotel 1829 Inducted into Historic Hotels of America

ST THOMAS, Virgin Islands, U.S. - March 18, 2025 - PRLog -- Hotel 1829 in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, is pleased to announce it has been inducted into Historic Hotels of America®, the official program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation for recognizing, celebrating, and promoting the finest historic hotels in the United States.

Hotel 1829 is one of more than 300 hotels and resorts throughout the country that is recognized by Historic Hotels of America for preserving and maintaining its historic integrity, architecture, and ambiance.

Under the umbrella of Kings Quarter Hospitality, Mark Wiechnik and Jessica Geller own and operate At Home in the Tropics, a highly rated boutique hotel, just a block from their newest jewel, Hotel 1829. These two hotels, located in the Kings Quarter neighborhood of Charlotte Amalie, demonstrate a commitment to historic preservation and high standards of hospitality.
