Pyatt Family Sues Attorneys For Legal Malpractice Of Racial Discrimination Against Hilton Hotels

LONG ISLAND, N.Y. - March 19, 2025 - PRLog -- A lawsuit for legal malpractice was filed in the Supreme Court of Suffolk County New York on March 18th, 2025, by Elderly Wade Pyatt & family against their attorneys of Noemi Baez Salomon, Esq, Andrew Salomon, Esq, Salomon & Baez Law and Napoli Shkolnik. According to the summons and notice of index no. 607114/2025, the attorneys are being sued for mishandling the Pyatt Family Settlement with Hilton Hotels, abandonment without proper notice, negligence,  intentional delays of filings summons and complaints, failure to answer  to legal court proceedings upon receiving notice, conflict of interest,  Breach of Fidiciary duty, failure to communicate and more.

The relief sought is award for compensatory damages to the Pyatt family  in the amount to be determined  by a jury trial, but not less than $5 million  that would fully compensate the Pyatt's for economic loss, humiliation, embarrassment,  pain, suffering,  injury, mental anguish and emotional distress with all other relief the court deems just and proper.

According to the Pyatt Family,  if they had proper legal representation,  then all the new injuries from racial and disabilities discrimination through the Hilton Hotels and harassment could had been avoided. The Pyatt Family is seeking no less than $5 Million in damages for the legal malpractice.
