This strategic hire marks the company's first dedicated cloud ERP Sales Consultant, signaling a new chapter in CAL's growth strategy.

After nearly four decades of building CAL Business Solutions into a respected ERP implementation partner, founder George Mackiewicz retired last year, transferring leadership to Stacey Poll and John DiLeo. The new leadership team recognized the need for specialized sales expertise to continue the company's momentum and enhance client acquisition efforts.

Ken Gauld brings over 15 years of ERP implementation, business process optimization, and technical sales experience to CAL Business Solutions. His expertise spans Manufacturing, Distribution, and Project-based companies, with a particular focus on helping organizations navigate the complexities of their digital transformations.

"Ken's deep understanding of ERP applications and business process makes him uniquely qualified to guide our clients through platform migrations," noted John DiLeo, "His ability to translate technical capabilities into business value aligns perfectly with our consultative approach to client relationships."

Prior to joining CAL, Gauld served as a Solutions Engineer at Blytheco and held a leadership position as Technical Sales Manager at CAVALLO (fka SalesPad), where he led pre-sales teams and represented the company in keynote presentations at industry events. His background also includes significant experience with SAP ERP at Wolverine Worldwide, a global footwear and apparel manufacturer where he managed the migration of over 400 retail stores to new systems.

An ASQ Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Gauld holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Management and Finance from Grand Valley State University, with specialized focus on Management Information Systems and SAP ERP.
