The UDIA Awards for Excellence celebrate innovation, sustainability, and leadership in urban development, highlighting projects that push boundaries and redefine industry standards. At the heart of this recognition is Norwest Quarter, Australia's most ambitious zero-carbon mixed-use precinct. Stage One features two residential buildings, Banksia and Lacebark, comprising 181 apartments and 3,500 sqm of thoughtfully curated, sustainability- "Far from typical project marketing, we reimagined the development process - beginning with an in-depth understanding of unmet audience needs, then shaping the product to meet demand," says Amy Nadaskay, Founder and Boss Lady of Monogram Partners.
