Monogram Partners and Mulpha Win Prestigious Industry Award for Norwest Quarter

SYDNEY - March 20, 2025 - PRLog -- Destination Design® and strategic marketing consultancy Monogram Partners, in partnership with Mulpha Australia, have been awarded the UDIA National Award for Excellence in Marketing 2025. This national recognition follows their success at the 2024 UDIA NSW Excellence in Marketing Awards, underscoring their groundbreaking approach to development proposition design, branding and marketing for urban developments.

The UDIA Awards for Excellence celebrate innovation, sustainability, and leadership in urban development, highlighting projects that push boundaries and redefine industry standards.

At the heart of this recognition is Norwest Quarter, Australia's most ambitious zero-carbon mixed-use precinct. Stage One features two residential buildings, Banksia and Lacebark, comprising 181 apartments and 3,500 sqm of thoughtfully curated, sustainability-driven retail space.

Mulpha's $1 billion zero-carbon mixed-use development in Sydney's The Hills commenced Stage One construction in August 2022 and is anticipated for completion in Spring 2025.
