PAG Law Represents Bluenest Development in South Florida Residential Joint Venture

MIAMI - March 31, 2025 - PRLog -- PAG Law is pleased to announce its representation of Bluenest Development- a vertically integrated real estate developer and homebuilder- led and owned by brothers Salim and Kamil Chraibi- in the successful acquisition and joint venture formation for a residential development project in Miami-Dade County.

The transaction involved the $2.4 million acquisition of approximately 4.5 acres of land in Naranja, Florida, and the simultaneous structuring of a joint venture between Bluenest Development and Cobo Construction Corp. Bluenest acquired a majority stake in the venture, which will co-develop and commercialize a community of 34 townhomes. This new residential community is designed to offer high-quality, attainably priced housing for South Florida's growing population.

The PAG Law team was led by partner Liz Flores, with key assistance from partner Gentle Barnett, and associate Mario Larrea. The team advised Bluenest on all aspects of the transaction, including land acquisition, joint venture negotiation, and deal structuring.
