Riot Games is the largest employer on Mercer Island and the first to embrace this innovative commuting solution, underscoring the growing interest among businesses in reducing their environmental footprint.

In April 2023, the City of Mercer Island adopted its first Climate Action Plan to strategically guide its planning and investments in meeting emissions and resiliency goals. With Transportation being the largest contributor to city-wide emissions, it presents a great opportunity for community engagement in emissions reductions.
