OpenStax announces completed computer science collection

• Mahesh S. Raisinghani of Texas Woman's University shares insights earned from award-winning research and editorial leadership as the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Web-Based Learning and Teaching Technologies in "Foundations of Information Systems."
