As a special treat, every booking made for the 7:00 PM Mix & Match class on April 12 will receive a limited-edition Tijon-branded canvas tote. Why Houston, Why Now? The idea for Tijon Houston was sparked during a girls' trip to New Orleans in 2024. Alti and Inglish—lifelong best friends whose mothers are also best friends—discovered Tijon after seeing a viral TikTok from influencer @bukutriece. They booked a custom fragrance class at the New Orleans location and were instantly hooked. "From the moment we walked in, the experience felt magical," said Alti. "The team was warm and welcoming, and we left with something so personal—our very own fragrances. We knew right then that Houston needed this." Alti, a seasoned hospitality professional who spent years working at JW Marriott Houston Downtown and The Post Oak Hotel, saw the perfect opportunity to bring her passion for luxury service and creativity to life. Inglish, a successful entrepreneur and educator who owns a network of learning centers in New York, shared the vision of building a business rooted in community, self-expression, and legacy.
