Grant to fund music therapy for children experiencing grief and loss

Avow received a $20,000 grant from Moorings Park Foundation to fund adult bereavement services. With this funding, Avow provides grief support services at no cost to the community, assisting approximately 1,425 adults over the age of 65 each year.

Grant to fund purchase of robotic pets for children in palliative care program

Avow Veterans Committee invites Veterans from all branches, their families and the community to a free event Friday, Aug. 4, from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Avow welcomes Lou Traina to the board of directors for the Avow Foundation. As a board member, he will help cultivate Avow's donor base and maximize Avow's impact through fundraising for the organization.
