Media aggregator, Feedspot, has selected the Mediate This! podcast as one of the best divorce podcasts on the web today. Mediate This! is a family law and divorce podcast created and hosted by Matthew Brickman of iMediate Inc.

The process to appear on a ballot is as simple as obtaining 50 signatures from party residents on a petition and turning it in to the town clerk.  But in OHanlon's case, Deputy Clerk, Barbara Moore, denied the petition for several unfounded reasons.
