At its January 27 meeting, the Triunfo Water & Sanitation District (TWSD) five-member board of directors elected Leon Shapiro as its new board chair and Carl Jarecky as vice chair.

MWD received nearly 300 artwork submissions from more than 30 Southern California agencies.

At a March 18 meeting, the Triunfo Water & Sanitation District (TWSD) board of directors selected Carl Jarecky to fill a board vacancy.

The deadline for application submissions is March 9 by 5:00 p.m.

After 17 years as a member of the Triunfo Water and Sanitation District (TWSD) Board of Directors and its current board chair, Janna Orkney announced she is stepping down.

This is the second year that TWSD participated in the calendar contest and the second year that an Oak Park student's artwork was selected for the calendar.

TWSD's nearly 14,000 Oak Park residential and business potable water users are no longer required to limit their outdoor water use to one day per week.
