What to do if received a spam email that originated through PRLog?

We have implemented algorithms to detect and stop bulk spam emails, but please realize that it is very difficult to stop a single spam email without actually looking at the content, which we don't do due to privacy reasons. What PRLog offers you is a level of protection that your actual email address remains hidden.
