You can have multiple people, each with their own account, submit content and have it listed under a single profile. This is ideal if you have multiple employees submitting content for the same organization. You can revoke the permission at any time by removing a user from the profile.
Note that you can't change their content and they can't change your content. All it does is to allow them to list their content in your profile.
Add User
- Make sure you are logged into your account.
- Go to profile management page.
- Click on the "Manage Users" button to go to user management page.
- On the "Manage Users" page, select the profile to be shared.
- Enter the email address of an existing PRLog account holder to add as a user.
- Click on the "Add User" button.
- Repeat to add more users.
- The page should show all the profiles and their users.
Remove User
- Select the profile/user combination.
- Click on the "Remove User" button.
Submit Content to Profile
- Make sure you are logged into your account.
- Go to press release management page.
- Select an existing press release.
- Click on the "Move" button.
- Select the shared pressroom to list the press release under.
- Click on the "Assign" button.
- The press release management page will immediately show the new pressroom for the press release.
- Also, the press release will be unlisted from the existing pressroom if any, and will be listed under the new pressroom. This process may take a few minutes though.
- To list a new press release under the shared pressroom, submit the press release as usual and then assign the shared pressroom as above.
