Registered charity, Linkage Community Trust, is celebrating after being awarded £164,316 in National Lottery funding to support its sensory outreach service.

Linkage have chosen to implement a new IT system, called 'Nourish', that will digitise and improve our record keeping for the individuals in our residential homes, community supported living, and 'Choices' daycare.
