New MIRA Technology Park Web Site Launched

March 29, 2011 - PRLog -- The web site http://www.miratechnologypark.com/ has been launched to support a major new initiative which will see the company’s 900-acre headquarters site near Nuneaton redeveloped to become an internationally important automotive technology park.  The web site has been delivered using Kentico’s content management solution and supports MIRA’s planning application, the investment drive associated with the application and provides local residents and interested parties with the ability to submit feedback on proposals.

Working to a tight deadline and needing to adapt to several changes to requirements after the project was underway, Ridgeway Studios chose to deliver the web site using the Kentico content management solution due to the flexibility and scalability it offers.  With MIRA also needing the ability to edit specific content on the web site, it was important to choose a solution which would enable not only a quick project turnaround, but which was also suitable to MIRA’s longer term aspirations.  The technology choice was ultimately vindicated with the entire project being delivered – from initial planning to web site launch – in under three weeks.

The Technology Park web site is also the first full solution to feature MIRA’s new brand for which Ridgeway Studios have developed the online style guide.  A number of other projects are ongoing which will see MIRA’s entire online web presence relaunched later in 2011.
