DAS|INC Doubles Its Staff

Sept. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Despite the slow growth rates across the nation, DAS|INC has doubled the size of its staff in the third quarter of 2011. DAS|INC’s initiative for excellence in customer relations drives the necessity for this expansion. With a broader repertoire of services and in preparation for the launch of new products, DAS|INC’s team of developers has also doubled to meet the goals set by CEO and President Karen Gentile. “It has been my ongoing focus since I assumed the role of CEO and President to foster the growth of DAS|INC by introducing new product lines and expanding our services to our clients. My goal is to turn our company into a well-maintained continuously updated infrastructure. To advance on this path, I feel it is necessary to keep bringing on new talents to enhance the abilities of our team,” comments Gentile.

While expanding the development and support staff, DAS|INC recognized the expertise of their existing staff member, Raj Talipinani. Appointed CIO in the first quarter, Talipinani has been integral to the growth of DAS|INC’s network.

Talipinani’s educational background includes a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Talipinani joined DAS|INC in February of 2010 as a network engineer, but has consistently outperformed his expectations. Achieving success as a network engineer, Gentile promoted Talipinani to CIO.

“DAS|INC has come a long way in just a couple of years, from being an OMS software vendor, to a complete financial technology solutions provider. I am excited about the growth, the potential, and the future product line currently in developed at DAS|INC,” states CIO Talipinani.

The company has increased its staffing by 100% with its additional hires in its New York and Toronto locations to meet the needs of its clients.

The New York office now includes the additions of Patrick Boyle, as a Programmer Analyst/Network along with Sean Behary as a Client Relationship Specialist and Market Researcher. In additional to the new hire this year is the appointment of Demian Zadorin as the new Vice President of the Sales Department. Because of Gentile’s own multifaceted background, she sought individuals with diverse backgrounds to facilitate the innovative growth of DAS|INC.

Now the Toronto office includes Joe Guang as Market Data Developer, John Zhu as Technical Content Writer/Programmer, and Jack Xie as System Administrator. These individuals bring new vitality to DAS|INC, boosting the momentum set in motion by the original team consisting of Tom Liu – Chief Developer and Co-founder, Karen Gentile – CEO and Co-founder and Andrew Sun - Senior Database/System Administrator, Don Zheng - Web/Database Developer, and Tim Bian – Senior Software Developer.
