CCIM Greater Los Angeles Announces Networking lunch with Speaker Panel

LOS ANGELES - May 5, 2013 - PRLog -- The Los Angeles chapter of CCIM has recently announced that they will be hosting an Exciting Networking Lunch Panel Speaker Event, ”Growing Your Real Estate Brokerage Business By Expanding Into New Markets”.    Hosted by the Los Angeles chapter of CCIM—Certified Commercial Investment Member—Institute, this event will take place on May 15, 2013 at Taix’s French Restaurant in Echo Park. The event is sponsored by KW Commercial and features some key players in the Greater Los Angeles real estate arena, including Ian Carpe, Asset Manager, BlackRock Realty discussing Asset Management; Dave Roberts, Manager, City of Los Angeles General Services Department, Real Estate Services Division discussing real estate brokerage opportunities with Government Agencies; Byron Moldo, Esq., Partner, Ervin Cohen & Jessup, LLP discussing opportunities working with Bankruptcy / Attorneys; and Ray McLaine, President, Commercial REO Brokers Association (CREOBA) discussing Foreclosures and Stephen J.
