CCIM Los Angeles President To Speak at Commercial Real Estate Conference, Long Beach

The Los Angeles chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) has announced that chapter 2013 President, Wolf Baschung, CCIM, CPM will be speaking at "The Commercial Real Estate Investment Conference in Long Beach." This exciting new event will take place on Friday, October 11th, 2013 at the Long Beach Convention Centre, and will be attended by over 250 commercial practitioners from all around California.

LOS ANGELES - Oct. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- The conference will serve as a platform to discuss cutting-edge strategies in the commercial real estate Los Angeles arena, ranging from investment in today's commercial real estate climate, to possible solutions to common market challenges. It will also feature 11 innovative California Real Estate technology firms showcasing their products. In addition, the conference will discuss the following questions: "How will new technology give you a competitive edge?", "How are today's CRE technology firms adapting to meet the needs of owners, operators, and brokers?", and 'What are your competitors doing with these technologies?"

This event will feature several prominent players in the Greater Los Angeles. real estate scene.
