What was going through your mind when you first saw the property? "I first got the call from the owner because a previous client had referred them to me. When I got the call and was asking about the property, I knew we had a good one. Though the home was built in the mid-80's it was like having a private retreat. It really had that "Gatlinburg cabin" feel inside. It also had just over 10 acres, a stocked pond, huge garage/work shop, salt water pool and a covered deck that spanned the whole front of the home", Knifley said.

That sounds like a lot of features for one home. Did you have a lot of interest. "We did. We had several look at the home and one thing or another just didn't fit their needs. However, we found a buyer and all are happy", said Andy.
