However, with no payoff it allows the ones that are in charge of making the decisions for the estate to be a little more flexible with the price and the timeframe. If they want or need the home sold "yesterday", then maybe the price is a little lower than the competition. If time isn't a factor, maybe holding out for a little more money is an option."
