PEMCO Appoints Marissa Renee Gialousis as Marketing Coordinator

TAMPA, Fla. - Nov. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Progressive Employer Management Company - PEMCO, one of the country’s largest professional employer organizations (PEOs), is pleased to announce its recent hire of Marissa Renee Gialousis, as their lead Marketing Coordinator.  In this role, Gialousis will oversee the development and execution of PEMCO's current marketing and advertising campaigns, as well as integrate untapped technologies and resources for the company.  Gialousis plans to leverage her knowledge of cutting-edge communication outlets and creative marketing tactics to not only uphold the success of the growing company, but further expand its development.

“My primary objective is to take a company with little brand recognition and expand consumer awareness of PEMCO as the premier, go-to provider for management of payroll administration, employee benefits, workers’ comp insurance, 401(k), and human resources.”

Giaousis comes to PEMCO with wide range of marketing and advertising experience as well as a fresh, youthful perspective. As a recent graduate of the University of South Florida, she spent time working in the Brand Marketing department of Home Shopping Network’s (HSN’s) corporate headquarters while studying.  She placed third in a Verizon FiOS-USF contest among marketing students and held a sales position in a South Tampa tobacco & brew retail company. She has also spent time as a real estate marketing and sales assistant for Coldwell Banker over the past four years. Gialousis has experience in professional photography and graphic design as well.

Gialousis's appointment comes right at an exciting time for the company. “Progressive Employer Management, has recently begun using the acronym 'PEMCO' and initiated a complete rebrand in order for its image to reflect its evolving industry status”, said Gialousis.  “With its recently completed mergers and acquisitions, PEMCO will be everything clients loved about Progressive’s services, plus much more.”
