In this role, Scruggs will oversee all sales departments while striving to open new markets, increase existing sales and help improve areas of need of development. Scruggs comes to PEMCO with over 18 years of PEO successful sales and sales management experience.
Coming from Rockwall, TX, Scruggs was previously a VP of Sales at both TrendHR and PeopLease Corporation, effectively motivating staff and consistently producing excellent results in management and training. Scruggs’
introduction of new strategies and tactics increased sales in both organizations. He also spent time producing increases in sales at Gevity and Oaisis Outsourcing as well.
Prior to entering the PEO industry, Scruggs worked at the Department of Defense and received education in Electrical Engineering at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
