The second thing is the fact that although someone may said they’re a “vegetarian” they’re still eating badly.  Coke and sugary stuff doesn’t have meat in it, but that doesn’t mean it’s good for you.  On the contrary, it can really mess with your attempt to lose weight and be healthy, and it can cause you to be overweight and it contributes to obesity, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.  So if you’re going to be a vegetarian make sure you keep a vegetarian diet and don’t eat unhealthy stuff.
