Grantham University Named a 2015 Military Friendly® School

LENEXA, Kan. - Sept. 23, 2014 - PRLog -- In 2008, Victory Media and GI Jobs started compiling a list featuring the top 15 percent of colleges, universities and trade schools that embrace and support our nation’s military students while working to ensure their success both in the classroom and following graduation. For the sixth time since that list originated, Grantham University (http://www.gijobs.com/school/grantham-university/) has been named one of the top Military Friendly® schools.

To determine this year’s list of Military Friendly® schools, Victory Media sent out a survey that captured more than 50 leading practices in supporting military students. The survey was available free of charge to the more than 8,000 schools approved for Post-9/11 GI Bill funding. As in previous years, the 2015 Military Friendly® Schools results were independently tested by Ernst & Young LLP based upon the weightings and methodology developed by Victory Media with input from its independent Academic Advisory Board.
