Camden Delta Consulting, LLC Mourns

ATLANTA - Sept. 2, 2016 - PRLog -- On August 23, Camden Delta Partner Dr. Terrell (Terry) Scott lost his battle with cancer.  He was 65 years old. Terry is survived by his wife, Alice, and their two children.

Terry joined Camden Delta in 2009 to head up its Leadership Development practice. Terry dedicated his career to helping his clients and leaders hone their leadership skills, improve their performance on the job, and become better people. His coaching style was recognized as highly positive and supportive, but also pragmatic and honest. Over the course of his professional career, Terry worked across a variety of industries including retail, distribution, transportation and logistics, utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing, hospitality, financial services, professional services, and health care.

"Terry was a terrific coach with keen insight about people. He shared his gifts with clients, colleagues, and the community. We will miss his kind and generous spirit and his self-deprecating sense of humor," said Donna Neumann, Partner and Strategic Workforce Planning Practice Leader.

Terry graduated from the University of North Florida with a MBA and a BA in Psychology. He obtained his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Georgia State University. When Terry wasn't helping his clients, he was serving his local church on the Personnel Committee and in its praise band. He enjoyed hiking, camping, and sailing during his free time.

"The world has lost a kind heart and we have lost a dear friend," said Glen Kallas, Managing Partner and founder of Camden Delta. "He will be sorely missed by all of us at Camden Delta."

As practice leader, Terry set the tone and direction for Camden Delta's contributions to the field of industrial/organizational psychology. He strived to achieve the best results for his clients by applying his professional expertise while demonstrating Camden Delta's key values of integrity, camaraderie, candor, and loyalty. Terry's legacy will live on in the many people whose lives he touched.

A memorial service was held on Friday, August 26, 2016. The family requests that memorials be sent to Azalea Village Ministry at Clairmont Presbyterian Church.
