Frank-A-Matic Linkers and Conveyors

DES MOINES, Iowa - Feb. 20, 2019 - PRLog -- Marel is excited to announce the full line of Frank-A-Matic Linkers and Conveyors are now available for the global market.

In 2018, the Frank-A-Matic Linker, model LK 0440, and conveyor, model VC 3030, became the first machines available in this 4th generation of our very successful linking equipment for cooked and smoked sausages.

Today's announcement includes the second model, LK 0450, that is meant to feed directly to a smoke house and the HC 4030 and JC 8000 conveyors.

The history of Townsend Linkers and the Frank-A-Matic Linker name is well known to the global market.  This new generation of machines will build on that strong foundation first set in the 1960's when Ray Townsend introduced the original Frank-A-Matic DB linkers.

Frank-A-Matic Linker and Conveyor Lines:

Linkers:

LK 0440 – linker for cellulose, collagen or polyamide casing up to 431 mm length

LK 0450 – linker for cellulose, collagen or polyamide casing up to 533 mm length

Conveyors:

VC 3030 – conveyor with vertical hooks

HC 4030 – conveyor with horizontal hooks

JC 8000 - direct to smoke house conveyor
