Heterotaxy Connection Seeking Conference Sponsors

DRAPER, Utah - May 24, 2019 - PRLog -- Heterotaxy Connection, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and empowering families affected by heterotaxy syndrome, is seeking sponsors for the organization's 2019 Family Conference. Sponsorship will help support four days of conference related events, including presentations from experts across the United States and Canada who specialize in heterotaxy syndrome.

"We are excited to form partnerships with organizations who are interested in serving as sponsors for our Family Conference," said Necia Munro, President and Co-Founder of Heterotaxy Connection. "We are offering custom sponsorship packages that will promote organizations and their services by increasing their visibility to conference attendees and speakers. Not only will sponsors be showcased, organizations will have the opportunity to sponsor our Warrior Wall."

The Warrior Wall is traditionally a highly anticipated aspect of the conference. It is a visual display that includes pictures of children, teens, and adults affected by heterotaxy syndrome.

"This year, we are really invested in raising awareness, and we know that we will be able to increase our visibility by developing relationships with community organizations who want to help us achieve our goals," said Alison Chandra, Vice President of Heterotaxy Connection.

Since its inception in 2014, the Heterotaxy Connection community has grown, increasing the need to connect with organizations who are interested in supporting their cause. Heterotaxy Connection is committed to educating the public and medical community about heterotaxy syndrome, as it is a relatively unknown condition. The theme of the 2019 Family Conference is 'Building Bridges,' to symbolize relationships between heterotaxy families, medical professionals, and the public.

"Our organization has been successful in uniting heterotaxy familes. Now, we need to widen our reach and connect with the public. Receiving a heterotaxy diagnosis is life altering and isolating," said Chandra. "Connecting with the public is an important way for us to spread awareness and increase support for heterotaxy families. We are eager to connect with organizations who are committed to advocating for our special warriors."
