Anthony Nardone of Corner Property Management Earns NJ Real Estate Brokers License

SPRINGFIELD, N.J. - Sept. 24, 2019 - PRLog -- Anthony Nardone, PCAM, CEO of Corner Property Management announced that he earned a real estate brokers license for the state of New Jersey.

"I believe that this designation will allow me, and our teams, to gain insights into the real estate markets around the state and allow us to guide and assist our clients to maintain maximum property values."

To qualify for a broker's license an applicant must have a high school education or equivalency and must successfully complete 150 hours of prelicensure education. Applicants must first complete a 90-hour general real estate course, and then two 30-hour courses on Agency/Ethics and Office Management and related topics.

"I've had a real estate license for many years and as Corner Property Management continues to grow, this was a logical next step.  It allows us to bring a level of expertise and industry knowledge to the table as we continue to offer our proactive approach to associations and communities around the state."
