Schooner Properties Announces Grand Opening in North Chatham, MA

Jan. 15, 2007 - PRLog -- Schooner Properties, a Cape Cod Massachusetts real estate firm, today announced the grand opening of it’s corporate headquarters in the Nickerson Corners area of North Chatham, Massachusetts.

Schooner Properties is owned and operated by Principle Broker, Deirdre Lohan-Conway. Deirdre, a long standing resident of Cape Cod, has been building, buying, selling and working in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate since the mid 1980s.

Deirdre is a graduate of the Massachusetts Board of Realtors’ Real Estate Institute giving her the designation of GRI (which only 4% of all Realtors hold). She is also a member of the World Properties Organization as a Transnational Real Estate Consultant (TRC), thus, allowing her company Schooner Properties to market listings worldwide. Schooner’s agents attend numerous accreditation programs in order to keep up with all real estate related laws and marketing techniques that best benefit their clients including: E-Pro, ABR, GRI and TRC.

Born and educated in Ireland, Deirdre Lohan-Conway came to the United States with a dream for the future and a passion for Real Estate. She grew up an avid sailor and the grand daughter of Ireland’s renowned “Captain Conway.” Captain Conway owned a fleet of merchant schooners, one of which was used by his personal friend, Director John Houston, for use in the original “Moby Dick” movie. Deirdre was so inspired by her grand father’s hard work, resolve and determination that she named her company in his honor!
