Pune, 1st April 2008: Good news for all the aspiring Miss India or Mrs. India or queen of any pageant. The Tiara Pageant and Model Training Studio, a training studio that has trained super models like Amrita Thappar and Gauhar Khan among others, is set to train girls to be beauty queens under the guidance of Ritika Ramtri Kumar an Errmalla.

Ritika, whose core competency is in the field of personality develoment and enrichment such as public relations, business etiquette, fine dining, dressing for effect and corporate dressing, has trained people of all profiles for the past ten and a half years. “We go to their homes and have a complete wardrobe analysis. We go with each of them personally for their shopping,” said Ritika.

Errmalla is the make up consultant and trains all the models in doing their own make-up. She specializes in pageant and model make-up. The two have been working together for the past 3-4 years.

They make models group wise as on one-on-one basis. The models undergo intensive training, for six months every alternate day, and are groomed for diction, enunciation and voice modulation, including training models in the language they are comfortable with.
Training the aspirants to be international models, the course module includes several activities that make the training really enjoyable. “Everyone is our child. They even share their personal problems with us,” said Errmalla.
