The Seminar chair panel featured Dr. Yassin Charles Chan, fellow of the Institute of Islamic Banking & Insurance and guest speakers Imam Muhammed Noorudin Yang, of the Chinese Muslim Cultural & Fraternal Association along with Lord Edwin E.
