Lexington Medical Center Honored with National Marketing Awards

Lexington Medical Center has been recognized for excellence in marketing with awards from two national health care marketing groups.
 
June 8, 2008 - PRLog -- West Columbia, SC – Lexington Medical Center has been recognized for excellence in marketing with awards from two national health care marketing groups.

Lexington Medical Center received eight awards from the Aster Awards for medical marketing. The Aster Awards is an elite competition recognizing the nation's most talented healthcare marketing professionals for outstanding performance in advertising. Winning entries are judged by a diverse panel of experts and are published in the Marketing Healthcare Today magazine. Lexington Medical Center was honored with four Gold awards, one Silver award and two Bronze awards in the areas of logo design, print advertising, specialty marketing materials, radio advertising and television advertising.

Lexington Medical Center also received awards from the 25th Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards from Healthcare Marketing News. The hospital received recognition for its radio and television advertising.  “To be included among the best of health care marketing on a national level is truly an honor,” says Director of Marketing & Advertising Mark Shelley. “We realize that our goal is to help provide information to the community and patients that we serve.”
