June 11, 2008 - PRLog -- They’re fresh, they’re new, and they’re magnificent.  Infinity Home Collection has opened its’ new series of Court Homes on 35th Avenue and Xenia Street just north of the 80-acre Central Park in Stapleton, and a record number of visitors have turned out to greet the award-winning builder’s spectacular new models.

“There is a great new buzz in Stapleton with many of the builders moving their model showhomes to filing 18, an area just north of the sprawling, 80-acre Central Park,” said Dave Steinke, General Manager of The Infinity Home Collection.  “We are seeing a whole new wave of potential buyers at our new models at Stapleton, as well as old friends who are either revisiting the area, or who have already purchased homes in other parts of the community, and are curious about the changes we have made to the series.  Moving our models provided the perfect opportunity to take our floorplans to the next level, with design enhancements and subtle changes to our plans that resulted from our desire to improve an already great product.”

Infinity’s new model showhomes are The Bradley, The Miraval, and The Trianon, showcasing the builder’s three new, two-story floorplans with designs ranging from 2,752 to over 3,240-square feet of lavish living space, not including the finished lower levels.  A single ranch spanning over 3,400 finished square feet on the main and finished lower level is also available, but not modeled.

Priced from the low $600’s, Infinity’s incredible new selection of Court Homes at Stapleton are enhanced by three exquisite exterior elevation choices inspired by distinctive European architecture creating a marvelous curb appeal within the neighborhood.  Designs include two-, three-, or four-bedrooms, and a minimum of two full baths.

Infinity’s court series at Stapleton boast all of the luxurious standards buyers have come to expect from the Infinity Home Collection.  Ranch homes showcase stylish contemporary floorplans with a central, private courtyard, while all designs showcase rich hardwood floors in the entry, kitchen, and nook, and upgraded carpet is found throughout the remainder of the home with the exception of the beautiful tile in the master bath, secondary bath(s) and laundry room.

Gourmet kitchens come complete with stainless steel appliances, encompassing a decorative hood, five-burner cooktop, and beautiful Kitchen Craft cabinetry with crown moulding details.  Countertops and islands are granite, with backsplash.

For a limited time during its Grand Opening Celebration, The Infinity Home Collection will be offering free basement finishing in its collection of Court Homes, encompassing a large rec room and full bath.
