Hand Delivery of Letters to Congress

June 27, 2008 - PRLog -- Josh Leibsly, a fifteen year old entrepreneur, has created a new service which allows anybody to have their letter hand delivered to the congressman or congresswoman of their choice. The intuitive website IHandDeliver.com allows the user to select the congressman of their choice, enter the text of their letter, and then press "Send." Josh Leibsly will put the letter into the correct format, hand deliver it to the congressional office, and obtain a signed proof of delivery to be returned to the customer.
