Molded Dimensions, Inc. a company from Wisconsin, USA enters into a JV with Nalin Rubber Pvt. Ltd

Aug. 8, 2008 - PRLog -- Molded Dimensions, Inc. a company a company from Wisconsin, USA has entered into a JV with Nalin Rubber Pvt. Ltd from Jamshedpur. Molded has bought into the shares of Nalin Rubber, with a view to jointly manufacture rubber, urethane and silicon products with World Class Processes and Best Global practices. They will cater to various industry sectors across the globe. The President of the company, Mike Katz, a Harvard Business School Graduate is in India to set up the JV. The team of Molded Dimensions would be following shortly to enable process set up practices.

The JV was structured by WORBUS International LLC. George Molakal, the International Director of WORBUS says, “ The timing to enter the JV seems to be the most appropriate, if not late, for the SMEs to enter into Global Alliances through JVs or strategic Alliances. We have successfully completed various such JVs wherein the SMEs are soon beoming medum of larger companies. We device the growth plan, stay with the JV for 5 years to help implement the JV, monitor performances and deviation from the growth strategy and also bring in private equity to support the growth plans. The President of MDI, Mike Katz is upbeat of this opportunity with an Indian company,  saying that he prefers India over China for a JV. He wishes to work to Nalin Rubber, now to be known as Nalin-MDI Rubber Technologies Pvt. Ltd., to become leading rubber manufacturer in India and then Asia.

The Chairman of Nalin, Mr. R. K. Sinha is also excited of this opportunity, as this JV gives Nalin accelerated growth and access to US markets, apart from new technology, processes and sytems.
