Because of which there is lack of human resources, which in turn is affecting the Indian Economy.” The great economist had advised the then Home Minister and the Prime Minister that what is required for the country is, “EDUCATION, EDUCATION, EDUCATION.” Dr. Williard Daggett, Director of International Centre for Leadership and Education, had stated in a news conference in ……. United States, I quote, “The world our kids are going to live in is changing four times faster than our schools;” I unquote.

The neuro-scientist, Glenn Doman of Institute for the Achievement of Human Excellence; Philadelphia, USA; gives to the world his research based findings:
§         It is easy and joyful to teach a twelve month old to do math (better than you and I can).

§         It is easy and joyful to teach a twelve month old to understand, and to read, a foreign language (or two or three languages, if you like).
§         It is easy and joyful to teach a twenty eight month (2 years 4 months) old how to write (not write words—write stories and sentences).
Why is it important for a tiny child to be put into, as is believed to be true by most parents, to stresses of learning or doing such things at very tiny age?

Victorious Kidss Educares, with its seventy eight teachers and 42 nursemaids specialise in early brain and subsequent emotional quotient of all its 330 children.
Here children are guided to become 'life long learners' and to "Learn to Love to Learn"; apply what they learn in real life and become an excellent human being. In Victorious Kidss, education starts as soon as the mother conceives (our ancient Abhimanyu concept) and after birth, the child needs to be at least six weeks born.
To make this happen we need more and more contact time. We have schooling for 303 days a year, six hours a week and 10 hours a day. This adds up to 3030 hours of schooling per year. This is more than six times compared to any traditional school. In every day interaction at school a child gets 150 million bits of data.

Education at Victorious Kidss
What we have is Western Science coupled with Vedanta, Brahmacharya as the guiding motto, and also Shraddha and faith in one’s own self. We create extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, truly delightful children with full of spiritual characteristics for which we all love children.
There are very few schools, who are aware and utilise the concepts of multiple intelligence and developing the challenging world of "Within", "The Self". We establish the truths of our Vedanta and Upanishads in the minds of our young ones. Our focus is on nurturing inner discipline. We do not force the child to do something correctly nor do we use punitive methods to bring external discipline into a child. Even after 10 hours of schooling they refuse to go back home, and like to either play in the playground, read books in the library or use computers and internet to do their research.
Victorious Kidss Today an Implementing PYP and Interested MYP IB School
Victorious Kidss Educares is a full fledged academy. Currently it is an Implementing IB School authorised for Primary Years Program (PYP) by International Baccalaureate, Geneva, which is up to 7th Grade. We are also an Interested school for the Middle Year Programme (MYP) Std. 8th to 10th. We would be starting Grade 8th to 10th from June 2008. We plan to start Diploma Programme (DP) by IB for Grade 11th and 12th from June 2009.
Keeping Pace with Fast changing world:
We are keeping up with the fast changing world with continuous research on western discoveries on human mind and finding out more of ancient truths from the Vedantic scriptures. We have a very robust professional development programme for the teachers. We have daily workshops for teachers on various topics like:

All the teachers and children are allotted serious research time. We have a dedicated team of Nursemaids and Helpers to help the teachers. These nursemaids and helpers are also taught about techniques to handle children with love and care.

Parents unlike other schools, are an integral part of school’s functioning at Victorious Kidss. We believe that a school is a home and home is a school. We have a duty to tell all mothers that they are, and have always been, the best teachers that the world has ever seen. But they do need some professional guidance to create a special environment for the baby, so that the child finds its vast potential and becomes special. We wish that both parents and teachers think alike, to make this happen, and to make the parent understand the potential of human mind we conduct fortnightly parental workshops.
