Sept. 9, 2008 - PRLog -- Building on its state-of-the-art workforce optimization tools, Iontas recently announced it has added a new functionality to one of the products in its suite: a tracking capability that allows an organization to follow a process from start to finish via a single, simple report.

The new and improved Process Focus suite not only captures processes from individual employees, it provides a visual juxtaposition of information from the entire group involved in a process, enabling a more comprehensive and easy-to-understand analysis of processes.

For example, when an order is placed, Process Focus tracks each step from the first phone call to the final shipment. Process Focus can show, chronologically, that the order was placed, that it then went to the shipping department and was sent to customer service because of an invalid address. It shows each time customer service attempted to contact the customer before finally getting the address, and that the order was subsequently sent back to shipping and the item was mailed to the customer. Process Focus shows who handled each transaction and how long each employee spent in step.

With such a tool at management disposal, businesses can improve training, workflow and customer service. Process Focus, which integrates seamlessly into a company’s systems, helps organizations detect and repair process inefficiencies and promote best practices.
