Are you finding that your memory isn’t what it used to be? Would you like to improve your memory—hone it as it once was in your 20s and 30s?

Dec. 8, 2008 - PRLog -- Super Memory II by authors and research psychologists Doug Herrmann and
Mike Gruneberg have written a fascinating book about memory, memory functions and how, through simple techniques, one can greatly improve memory skills.

Herrmann and Gruneberg’s theory is that Rome wasn’t built in a day.  Bit by bit, a solid city was built and memory works much the same way—through a serious of small, concise tasks.  Through practicing their system, you’ll learn to master memory tasks and learn what triggers your memory.  With nearly 200 pieces of advice based on four to six minute exercises, you’ll be well on your way to optimizing your memory.

Herrmann and Gruneberg’s extensive research involved conducting psychological tests of memory performance for over 30 years.  Their innovative approach employs cutting-edge techniques that are revolutionary in their application and theory.

Improve your memory task by task—SuperMemory II will show you how.
