Tunerjunkyard.com picks SimplePart.com as new eCommerce provider

eBay and eCommerce used automotive parts supplier Tuner Junkyard picks Simplepart.com for new eCommerce solution. Prepares to shift focus from eBay.

Dec. 26, 2008 - PRLog -- eBay and Internet used automotive parts supplier TunerJunkyard.com announced today that they will be shifting their primary sales focus away from eBay.  They will rely more upon a more traditional eCommerce model provided by Triple Threat Software called SimplePart.  SimplePart is a turn-key eCommerce solution for restoration and performance auto parts retail over the Internet. SimplePart is a digital storefront, delivering orders for  products all day, every day.  It is also highly customizable for the needs of different types of sellers.

"eBay has become increasingly difficult to deal with, and less and less focused on the needs of sellers," stated owner Jerod Husvar.  "Even though we have worked very hard to build our Power Seller status on eBay, we have decided to only use them for featured products that need world-wide exposure.  Simple Part allows us a more cost effective, customizable solution that better fits our needs for our day to day inventory."

Tuner Junkyard plans to have their new SimplePart solution in place by January 1st, 2008.  Many items will still be listed on eBay, but nearly 500 items will become immediately available on TunerJunkyard.com, powered by SimplePart.
