NICK MASANKO PROMOTED TO PARTNER AT GLADIATOR HOLDINGS, LLC

ST AUGUSTINE, FL MARCH 12, 2009:  Gladiator Holdings, LLC announced today that the partners elected Nick Masanko to become Partner at Gladiator Holdings LLC.

Mr. Masanko currently holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at Gladiator Holdings LLC, and will continue to manage and direct investment choices for the firm. Mr. Masanko has developed his own proprietary market timing system that has consistently outperformed the markets the past 10 years, while minimizing capital risk.  Prior to taking the Chief Investment Officer position, Mr. Masanko worked as a consultant for Gladiator with his own company, Tradequest Investment Group.  Mr. Masanko has been in the industry since 1995 holding Investment Consultant, Investment Advisor and Equity Trading positions.  He holds many licenses and accreditations in the industry.
