Baxter has over 20 years experience in the hospitality and gaming industries. He began his career as sales manager of Lady Luck in Natchez, Mississippi, and was quickly promoted to marketing manager.  After the Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. acquired Lady Luck, Baxter was promoted to senior director of marketing.  Most recently he served as the marketing director/consultant for Emerald Star, a start up gaming venture.

Baxter brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Lula marketing team.
