PROJECT MANAGER (PM) - Southeast Region
Develop a complete understanding of the customer's business needs and Serve as principal interface between the customer, the project team and any internal/external partners participating in the project. Create a proposal/contract suitable to each customer's needs. Manage allocation of resources to ensure project/contract deliverables. Review project/program financials for impact on schedule, variation and change control. Develop the necessary project/program to fulfill the desired results of the customer. Resolve discrepancies and provide solutions or alternatives when issues arise. Manage complex projects/programs that have multiple customers, high volume and long time-spans. Assess the financial impact of the project through comparing forecasted numbers with actual figures. Provide leadership on multiple high-revenue projects of high complexity - typically with EF&I responsibilities for numerous products/services, multiple locations and ownership of other vendors. Develops action plans to improve performance throughout the duration of the project/program.  Applies advanced principles, theories and concepts to achieve objectives in creative and effective ways. Determines and pursues courses of action essential in obtaining desired outcomes.
Qualifications: - Typically requires more than 6 years experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Program Management). Experience deploying complex wireless network infrastructure. Good working knowledge of SAP/TradeStream/Services Link/STARS. Good computer skills including MS Word/Excel/MS Project required.  PMP Certification preferred. Excellent planning and critical thinking skills/Excellent Negotiation, Communication, Customer Interfacing, Leadership and Management skills required.


RF ENGINEER – Southeast Region
Seeking experienced RF engineers. Working as part of the Customer RF Engineering team, these candidates will be responsible for multiple aspects of RF engineering in their regions including site selection support, RF field tuning/optimization, interference measurement/tracking, wireless backhaul and general RF field troubleshooting.

WIRELESS TRANSPORT/TRANSMISSION ENGINEER - Southeast Region
The Transport/Transmission engineer will be part of a consulting team performing planning and design of mobile transport wireless networks and conducting transport network audits. These activities are to be performed on 2G/3G/4G products and solutions, primarily in multi-vendor networks. This includes UMTS/WCDMA/GSM/CDMA/TDMA, Microwave/Minilink, and IP Backbone and convergence.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER:  Southeast Region
CMs will be responsible for reviewing the scope of work and BOM's that the ASP's put together, managing the construction of the ASP's, visiting the sites for safety inspections and construction inspections, close outs.  UMTS Node B experience a must.

SITE DEVELOPMENT MARKET PM* - Southeast Region
The Site Development Market PM will be the direct customer interface and be responsible for establishing site development specifications and scope interpretation.  Other key responsibilities will include working with functional subject matter experts to communicate the customer needs and guide the direction of the project.   Forecasting of resources, costs and budgets plans, scheduling and clear communication to the Business Controls Group for reporting progress, and identifying project issues which impact SOW, Schedule and Contract.  

UMTS CORE SYSTEMS ENGINEER - Southeast Region
The ideal candidate will work with the on-site switch technicians and NOC personnel as well as provide support to tier 3 Engineers in isolating faults and problem resolution. Periodic monitoring of system performance & alarm handling
Fault isolation and problem resolution in the RNC & RXI nodes (both HW & SW) and it's interfaces for network issues. Create/send/follow up with CSRs to FSO
Conduct preparation for package loading (it is Customer's Responsibility to load and test)
Routine node maintenance, node backups and health checks for RNC nodes
When required, perform. Configuration Management of parameters on the RNC & RXI
Assist with technical matters related to RAN System, i.e. handling of RAN nodes (RNC and RBS) and all of various interfaces. Offer expert knowledge concerning parameters and configuration towards the RNC and Node Bs . Review existing system routines and if required, modify /create new temporary routines and follow up of all software contents of the system.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Working experience of Ericsson RNC, RXI, Node B
General knowledge of WCDMA systems and RF knowledge
O&M skills on Ericsson EMAS, OSS & Telnet
Experience with performance management (including OSS business objects)
General experience with work order and trouble ticketing systems
Knowledge of Core Network and ATM

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
Co-op or Internship work experience in a technology environment would be an asset.
Knowledge of Core network theory, preferably in CDMA, UMTS core networks.
Knowledge or experience with GSM, CDMA, TDMA, and 3G.
Knowledge and/or experience with CDMA core network in a definite plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability.
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them accordingly.
Self-starter, capable of taking initiative to identify & resolve problems, and improve work environment.
Able to travel approximately 60% of the time.
