May 28, 2009 - PRLog -- “Welcome to a smoke free environment” this is the new salutation you will receive walking into the first hotel in town to conserve the environment through restricting smoking…. the Cairo Marriott Hotel!  Introducing the idea is a revolutionary initiative of a hotel that has always been a pioneer in the field of environment & energy preservation! The first phase of implementation will include the hotel’s lobby in addition to the ground and first floors as well as the entrances of the Gezira & Zamalek towers where smoking will be not be allowed!
Designated areas for smoking would still be available to ensure our guests’ convenience. The project is the outcome of the hotel’s eagerness to leap on the path of becoming environmentally friendly in all possible ways.
