Where’s there’s a Will, there’s a way

June 9, 2009 - PRLog -- he Intestacy Rules govern what happens to a person’s estate when they die without making a will. They have been recently updated by the Government but Frances Kelly, Senior Partner at Tallents Solicitors, explains why they are still no substitute for a will.
