Women in eDiscovery will host a luncheon during the ILTA ’09 conference, Tuesday, August 25, 2009. The guest speaker is Allison Brecher, Senior Litigation Counsel and Director of Information Management & Strategy at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Ms. Brecher was one of the first corporate attorneys in the United States to manage e-discovery and is also co-author of a new book "eDiscovery Plain & Simple." As Director of Information Management & Strategy at Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC), Ms. Brecher manages all e-discovery for litigation and other matters involving MMC's more than 50,000 employees in over 100 countries. Ms. Brecher will share suggestions of questions to ask during discovery and client interviews and she'll offer cost-saving suggestions drawn from her years of experience as in-house counsel to help your clients fulfill their legal obligations on time and within budget.
